Yeah man that was all me, lol. it is still choppy, but this weekend I will sew the lining together with it, so it will look more complete. If I had a sewing machine, it would not be so much of a pain to do this. But I plan on making more ties if this goes well. I am big into fashion and all that, but sometimes things get expensive, so I figured why not do my own stuff.

Finally copped my first SBs in San Diego’s dedicated sneaker store, “Blends.” I now see why a good amount of people love these shoes, well at least to collect. They have this stylish sleek and clean look to them, but to me, the most important feature of them is that they’re really comfortable. Never have I worn shoes that hug your feet so comfortably. I am definitely picking up more pairs in the future when I’m in the mood to match my button up shirts. :tup:
In fact, I’m thinking about copping a pair of the Mid Griptape Strapless and the High Fossils and then I’m set, not going to be buying shoes for a while. 
SBs were like crack man. So sad they fell off with the consistency/quality. dreams of Gray/Pink/and Black box days

The store I bought my new shoes was in the city with aged houses around it and a good amount of hobos living there. The thing that had me worried was that the store ran out of plastic bags, so I had to go to the next store to get a plastic bag. Sure, San Diego may not be the most dangerous city in the world and I may be a suburban kid, but even I have enough street smarts to know that walking around the city with a blue bright ass box that says “Nike SB” is just asking to get jacked. :xeye:

Got the Griptape Mid Tops like I wanted. Question for you guys. How do you guys lace your shoes so that it feels looser and it shows the “toungue” more and that it hides the knot for that “clean” look to them like this?
Anyway, now all I need are the high top Fossils, and I’m set. Maybe I’ll get the Denim High Top shoes. Oh God, now I’m getting addicted to SBs now. :sad:

Put the laces through the top whole on the same side so they dont cross. Tuck them inside. Only shoes I tie are chucks

So what sites would you guys recommend that announces upcoming releases of shoes, especially Jordans? I’m tired of window/internet shopping for shoes that I like aesthetically, only to find out that I’m late to catch on to it, such as the Jordan Retro 5s, and they don’t have my size anymore. :sad:
