etc.

might pick up most of the tees.

I thought it was a good preview minus the jerseys and the button ups (which are both pointless for supreme to make IMO).

i like some of supreme’s stuff but some of the ways that people rock their shit makes it look ridiculous… especially when people become walking billboards for supreme. i may have to pick up some of those fitteds though. they look nice and plain.

i just don’t care for the elitist attitude that a lot of ppl have on hypebeast and strictly supreme when it comes to ppl wearing supreme. you can’t ask a question about anything on a shirt before someone flames you for not knowing the answer.

some of that stuff is extra obscure and/or before most of our time and somehow ppl magically know the answer and shit on ppl that don’t. either ppl in their 30’s lurk the supreme threads or ppl are using wiki/google to get info and then flame a person for not knowing.

whatever happend to liking something on a shirt and buying it because of that? now you have to know the whole history, have listened to or be knowledgeable about the whole catalog, etc. of that individual to get e acceptance.

i’m not even ranting about something that happened to me, but when i was looking through that thread on strictly supreme and some guy asked about the box shirt ppl started shitting on him and some of the other stuff i’ve seen while lurking hypebeast is really annoying.

its because a large % of kids(all young as hell with $$$$ to burn up) arnt buying anything from these labels because they like or dislike the designs but because of the rep or rather e-rep the brands have with a group of their peers or people they look up to. thats why u hear dressed by the internet thrown around so much.

im pretty sure someone buying a bad brains tee or a tee with miles are doing it because they like the photo on it while knowing nothing about it.
its the same people as dude u just got done arguing with. with a mind set of “whats the new in thing” they dont really have any personal set style but just Xcopy what they see making the most waves at the time, only to abandon it later for the next thing.

on the other hand alot of the people u talk about that get mad over information are the ones that have been wearing the brand for years and some have actual ties with the labels lifestyle image and know the reference because it wasnt b4 their time.
