I’m currently going to school in the Champaign-Urbana area. Anyway, I’d like to make a trip to Nickel City before I come for MWC, but the only places I can get a bus to from UIUC are Chicago Ridge mall, Oakbrook mall, and Woodfield mall. Oh, and O’Hare, but I assume thats somewhat far away. Anyway, how far are these places from Nickel City?
I live right by O’Hare and Nickel City is probably like a 20-30 minute car ride for me or not even. Depends on traffic I guess.

Hey dude, can you get a ride to either Illinois State or to Joliet? If you can get a ride to either of those places, I’d be more than glad to take you up there with me. Currently, I go to Illinois State, and my plan was to either take the Amtrak or a rip-off bus service home to Joliet on Friday of MWC, then leave right to nickles. Well, I actually have a friend coming up from STL who’s going to take me to MWC. I want to go there 2 weeks BEFORE so I can get a little used to the sticks, and also just to hang out with whoever’s there and get some games in. However, I can’t really get all that close to Nickel City itself and I won’t have the use of a car, so… yeah.

DereklearnSlow; The stuff at Purdue is hard because to even get a room seems to be a challenge (at least a room that would help with all our games, Tv’s, etc.) I still think it’s possible to throw a tourney here but the Dean would have to approve it.
