Can someone tell me who Air is and where he came from? I haven’t played super in forever and I just recently started playing again and theres a top ryu player named Air now. I know hes been doing well in tournys and stuff but how did he become so popular, also was he originally from Japan?

I shan’t be attending PowerUp. I certainly would have made preparations well in advance if I was. I’ll need the extra time that weekend offers for sk00l stuff. It looks more hype than UFGT7 though if the prereg numbers are any indication. Tournament dates are not my friends.

Side note, just finishing up plans for the AE tourney on May 15th at Gameworks. It is going to be much nicer than before, moving the machines to the upstairs bar with projectors. Couple quick questions for everyone…

Anyone have a vid capture card with HDMI, possible capturing of matches to put online.

Price points… Manager really is leaning towards a 10 venue, 10 prize pool split, I’d rather do 10/10 since he is putting the machines on free play for the night for us. Possible can be talked down to 5/5 but I’d rather not, since he is doing a lot of stuff for us.

going to start mid afternoon (4:30) This is mainly due to us getting an extra hour for you under-agers(read— can stay till 10 if in the tourney that day) Going to have to run early and quickly to hit our time window which is 430 to 10.

Manager wants us to run a series of events if possible, would you guys like a ranbat series?
