Time control, man.

Karjakin just won’t accept these draw offers. Dudes need to just shake hands. I’m almost done drinking beer for the day.

Karjakin was winning but he didnt play the best move, Qc3.Tomorrow is the last real chance for Carlsen to come back.

Karjakin, Justin Wong turtle of chess…

Carlsen is playing insanely sloppy this match.

Happy Thanksgiving

Let’s see if this goes to Armageddon match

Now that is how you defend a world championship. On his birthday, to top it off.

edit: lol, apparently Carlsen literally used Karjakin’s heavy preparations against him. That’s why game 12 was such a fast draw. Karjakin didn’t get to use his preparations and wore himself out while Carlsen pretty much just took two days off and came back in way better shape.

Its not just the extra day off.Karjakin proved that he could defend worse positions throughout the match (classical time) and that affected Carlsen’s decision to not go all out at the last game.

'Nuckledu VS Carlsen in chess and Street Fighter

Saw this on my facebook feed.

You guys ever check out the Seattle chess club?

New world chess rapid champion!!!

Also, here are what top players think about speed chess…

Now that I think about it… Blitz, bullet, and rapid are pretty much like MVC, MVC2, and MVC3/UMVC3

That is right by my work. Wait are you in Seattle too? Not that I would partake in chess, but just bi-curious.

Karjakin blundering his queen like that caused my internet to die.

The Carlsen salt is real.

Not that I blame the guy. In spite of the fact that he’s obviously not playing to the level he should be playing at, he just lost his triple world champion title to tiebreak-rules. Twice.
