Hsien-Ko:
-Give her the Vampire Savior pendulum cancels. She was probably the first character to ever use a tool like that(sixteen years ago LOL) and it is gone in MvC which makes no sense.
-Change her launcher into a hammer type move with better range so she can get easier combos off her long range normals
-Change the command grab input to half circle back like in Vampire and change input for gongs to qcb.attack
-Buff air/ground dash speeds to XF1 levels minimum
-Buff durability on all items to 3 low projectile points(compare to one point right now) and bomb instantly explodes on contact with opponent
-Reduce startup of gold from 20 frames to 10 frames
-Add five frames of invincibility to Chireitou
-cr.H has OTG property
-Henkyo Ki assist is changed to heavy version
-Anki Hou assist is replaced with Edoga(f.H diagonal chain)
-Combo after air throw with Chireitou or Tenrai-Ha
Wesker:
-Give Wesker a five percent boost on both speed and power after every taunt and give him an automatic 20% speed boost whenever he fights a Resident Evil character.
Give Chun-Li Wesker level damage on her normals, that would mover her up the charts a whole lot.

If she did Wesker damage she would have to be shulkie slow XD

with thor just give him on armored ground normal so he isnt useless. Give Hsienko everything. Give shulk the slide back and get rid of lamp post of increase the damage even more on of the two. Nemesis should have a command dash attack, one armor point, slow startup but if it hits you are destroyed. Biohazard rush should have startup invincibility. Tron should do more damage off of specials. give shuma more quarter circle motions and increase damage of multihit normals, or dont have them scale as badly. other then that its all personal preference (I still want spencers H wire grapple to be better.)
They should have buffed AAA.
I like this suggestion. I get that Chun is a pixie character, but she also has some massive thighs. If anything, her kicks should do a bit more damage, more specifically her special moves like SBK and upkicks. EX SBK should do a crap ton of damage for having to charge it for so long. If I’m gonna limit my mobility for 2 RL secs, it better be worth it.
Other stuff:
Shehulk needs to hit harder. You got this big bare bones grappler with no projectiles, no teleport, no airdash, no armored normals and the only extended hitbox she has is a lamppost with a ton a startup. Her only armored move takes 2 RL secs to charge, during which you can’t do anything. Even though she’s the “girl-hulk”, she’s barely breaking 500,000 damage without x-factor since they took out the TAC cancel. I know it wouldn’t make sense to let her do Hulk damage, but hell, even average joes do more damage than her without the gamma radiation. Not to mention Hulk has a ton of armor and arguably more mobility than his cousin. Shulk is just a lean, green, reset machine, and she needs more guaranteed damage for someone with “hulk” in their name.
Cap could use an extended hitbox on his shield, more specifically his Stars & Stripes. If they’re not gonna give it invincibility, at least make it so that the other character can’t knock him out of the move from the air. Getting smacked outta the air for using an anti-air move doesn’t make any sense to me.
Ironman could use more health. 1 mil would be fine. I don’t get how Doom gets to have more life than Tony when he does everything Ironman can do and much more. Give him back his double jump too as well as his knee drop. Make his knee drop OTG.
Morrigan: make her S Soul Fist take life away as well as meter(as in, take the vitality depleted from the other character and give it to her). She is a succubus. Also, give her back her vertical drill from MVC1 and make it OTG.
Lei-Lei needs something. Anything. Give her some Pocket Fighter moves if you have to.
Give Akuma and Phoenix their Vanilla life back.
Give Spidey his frontflip/backflip on forward/backward jump.
Make all DP moves invincible on the way up. Bring back MVC2 anti-air assists.
Nerfs are not needed. Everyone should be threatening in their own way.

I know I know left the joking Wesker comment earlier, but I’d like to be serious with Sentinel. Seriously.
I’m still baffled as to why someone with such a giant hitbox only has 900,000 health. I know he was at 1300000, but really? You move him from highest health in the game to a below average health character with I believe the biggest hitbox in the game? Makes no sense really. He needed a health nerf, but putting him down to a 1000000 is fine. You didn’t need to almost completely destroy the character. This is something I was hoping they’d address when they made Ultimate. Then again for whatever reason they felt the need to buff Spencer and Wesker and send Tron down to the trash tier, and nerf Akuma’s health even more, and still refuse to do anything with Hsien-Ko.
The good thing is, many of these can be fixed with a simple patch. Then again it is Capcom, who feel like it’s in their job description that you’re really only entitled to get one patch. And on top of that make a giant stink about it, such as create youtube videos and what not on something that almost every other video game developer does monthly.
Morrigan:
-She needs her old MvC1/MvC2 spike kick for more instant mobility options. They took it away from her and gave it to Phoenix lol. It should OTG easily.
-Meterfist should be nearly as fast as a regular Soul fist so she can combo into it normally. Reduce it’s meter stealing from 30% to 10% and cut it’s damage down to 60k as a tradeoff so it doesn’t become OP.
-Finishing shower needs to be sped up even further, it needs even more flexibility and it needs to OTG.
-Astral Vision’s speed should be equal to Zero’s sougenmu so it can be used safely.
-She could use some simple teleports using the qcb.attack input. It’d help buff her mobility really well and it’s not like her damage and life are stupid like Wesker.
-She NEEDS her old ground dash from the previous Marvel vs Capcom games. Make it very useful for wavedash purposes and she’d be golden.
DREAM Morrigan buff:
-Replace Finishing shower with Soul Eraser that functions like Akuma’s beam with good startup and a diagonal arc in the air. I’d die a happy man if I got this alone.
I’d definitely be lost in nightmares.

+Faster air-dashes that mimic the her air-dasher in every other game she’s in
+Anki-Hou Bombs should be a different command
+More balls is Tenraiha (aesthetic gripe but it buffs her damage too)
+Maybe give her a forward dash that resembles her dash in dark stalkers when she’s in her armor (she basically sprints forward kinda like zero) then make her teleport dash atk+S like Felicia’s

I agree but she would have to be slower to compensate for the damage increase. Perhaps vanilla shulkie speed.

This is a “Capcom should have buffed this”, not a “Capcom shouldn’t have nerfed this” thread. Just a heads up for the illiterate people.
I feel Wesker isn’t good enough, even with the glasses buff, he still needs more tools to compete with powerhouses like Hsien-Ko and Tron. He needs a dive kick that beats out every other move in the game, does 150K damage and groundbounces like Wolverines. It also shoots out Grace of Hoggoth style crumple beams that are unblockable and tracking if the dive kick is blocked. Also gunshot turns into Gimlet and steals meter.
