Well, i assume that you never played Vanilla SFIV or you would not speak about SSFIV Crusher in that way. 
I have, though to be honest i was given the habit of not using it much in the original so i didn’t use it much in ssf4,did it improve?
The hitbox improved a lot, in SSFIV you can use it as a cross-up in resets and stuff like that.
It doesn’t matter who they pick, but to say that women are so inept at the game that CC has to make the inputs easier for the character they tend to pick is illogical and downright sexist. Also from what I understand Chun is supposed to have HCF motions, I personally, find charge motions easier to execute than a half-circle motion.
Onto Bison though. I’m excited for my favorite Dictator! Fear the mighty BISON!
Knowing Capcom they’ll either make it so you can’t cancel into it, or not an overhead, or make it painfully slow

In Capcom vs SNK 2, Bison had a move called the Psycho Banish (DP + P) where he does a psycho powered hand wave. He can repetitively use the move during the A-Groove’s custom combo system; like in this video example below (video quality is a bit bad, though).

Soon enough, the effectiveness and setups which this has been used got popular enough to denote it with a catchphrase known as “Paint the Fence”. I’m sure someone knows who originated the term, but that’s how it caught on with the character.
