It’s almost like a western showdown since it’s all about timing and tension. In those movies, why don’t they all just start shooting immediately? Is it because they think they’ll miss? Because they know that at a certain point, the opponent may not be 100% focused? Fugazi is a side game where you aren’t worried about combos (though they are possible) but more about feeling out the opponent, baiting them to mess up, and timing your punishable hits appropriately.
Plus, Ken in Black commentating and lack of sleep helped make it hilarious.
I kinda get it now, reminds me of that Kirby Samurai game in Kirby Super All Stars or whatever it was called.
I think the thing that weirded me out most was the fact that you actively are ignoring aspects of the game that could be used instead of just playing a game with similar mechanics,such as DiveKick, but oh well.
Actually did think of that, yes.
I was gonna write it in the previous post (but didn’t) that this is not supposed to replace Skullgirls, just be an important side-game to the regular action. Plus, in DiveKick, you have to worry about 2 dimensional attacks (horizontal and vertical). In Fugazi, there is only one dimension where attacks are possible (horizontal).
Hopefully, Fugazi will become a full-fledged side option in the game, to prevent un-initiated members from being Fugazied without warning.
