I think many of you guys are missing the point. The thread is not about characters you think are cool or stupid, but how broken they are.
Design:
Best: Dudley, Oro, Makoto, Zangief
Worst: Cammy, Sakura, Akuma
Then he should have specified that in his first post.

I’m tossing in for T. Hawk and R. Mika. As much as I love them as characters, Juli & Juni aren’t that great in-game.
Best: Sagat, SF2 Akuma, 3s Chun, 3s Yun, Blanka
Worst: Sean, Twelve, Dan, etc.
I try to avoid saying Dan, since he was intended to be a lame character. Besides, among my peers, he was the “one hand tied behind my back” character. That meaning that if I could beat you using Dan, you must suck.
A3 Gief is boom, his katobi cancel is too much…
Best: Shin Akuma in Alpha 3
Worst: T. Hawk in Alpha 3
worst t. hawck (horrible steriotype, and awfull gameplay), juni and july (they are only good for hentai), necro
best oro, elena, guile
cool design: guy, cody, sodom
lame design: twelve, necro, oro
I 4th for Gill.
I don’t hate Ryu, but I think Capcom overpowers him too much.
When the hell is Ryu overpowered?
Anyway, Fei Long’s pretty lame.
It’s intended for Dan to be a gimmick fighter.
I’m going to agree with T.Hawk and Juni for worst.
