Now I just need to figure out how to make the page look not so fucking cluttered.

That being said, I don’t know what it is, but Final Fantasy tends to have some weird in-game animation.
The walk-cycles for characters tend to look goofy and, in cut-scenes, I don’t know if it’s Squaresoft being cheap or whatever, but they have a tendency to like try to blend motion-capture and animation while re-using in-game animation and it looks very jerky…
Like, characters would walk from point A to point B using the in-game field animation, but then loop into a unique animation…
It’s very strange: Rikku would have some decent facial animation, but then when you pay attention to her body movement, it doesn’t flow at all given the whole run, stop, animate technique that I talked about.
(talking about facial animation: it is VERY inconsistent… looks fine in some scenes, but bad in others (like when you first see the Yuna impostor lady)

Does this contraption actually work?
I have a shitty decade old version of that same thing, although it was ‘super dual joybox’ and from china or something. There’s like 1 frame or so of delay but it’s awesome and completely worth it if this one is as good as the old ones. However with PS3 controllers as long as you’re not using nvidia chipsets it should be fine right? >.>;

How does Tri jumping work for Doom? Is Tri Jumps different than wave dashing?
Hmm… Think I may pick up that GAMEBOX later this month, I wonder how well 3S plays on it!
I think I misinterpreted game box and confused it for a converter since it has a similar name and appearance. >.<
Tri-jumping with Doom is different, it’s hard to use unless you’re backed by drones. Don’t fall in love with combos off of sweep, I think sweeps don’t allow first frame OTGs to be unrollable for some reason though not 100% sure…

I think Doom is underrated. He has a lot of tricky mixups to land his APA and he can rushdown to an extent. He also has this weird glitch on the hitbox of his sweep which makes it crossup (the “unblockable” sweep). Wavedash is really useful for him because his regular ground dash is a slow-ish hop, while his wavedash (dash then quickly cancel with down directional) is more like a normal dash. Wavedash shorts mixed with trijump shorts backed by a good horizontal assist is respectable, kind of a senior citizen version of Magneto rushdown.
He got a lot of play in the early 2000s but got dropped when people figured out Storm/Magneto. He’s too slow to compete with the top tier -__- but is not to be slept on. I only play him on the Clockw0rk team. Regardless, there is no more magnificent villain than Victor von Doom.

I was scouring through the MvC2 threads and one of the posters noted that Doom can get good mixups going off his sweep should they tech (and if they don’t tech, APA them!). I’m still not wrapping my head around this unblockable stuff like Doom’s sweep and Cammy’s low short. Gotta stick with baby steps, i’m sure. :shy:
So if the Sweep crosses up, can you just block it the other way? Is Cammy’s low short similar after a successful KBA? Why am I not testing this out myself? :lol:

you need a japanese account to get stuff off the japanese PSN. if you look on youtube there are literally millions of step by step guides on how to get stuff… on side note, i just ordered AH3 from japan. booyakasha
The new add funds thing is stupid. If PSN is giving you gripes, you can order most PSN stuff through amazon and they’ll give you a download code.
You need to make a japanese PSN account to get access to those games. Should be simple.

The sessions run until like 10:00PM-ish depending on how many people are here since I don’t have a ton of space and live with family.
