For a more pencil feel that’s more of a medium settings thing, you can get more of a pencil like feel by adjusting your brushes in photoshop, painter, OpenCanvas, etc as opposed to getting a different kind of tablet, especially in something like painter.

Even though it’s Ryu focused, it touches on a lot of fundamentals applicable to any character. A number which I’ve been lacking in my own game (like doing a anti-air DP from a crouch).
