Just re-download the ones you already have.
You don’t need to download XORs anymore, as Nicola Salmoria cracked the CPS2 encryption in 0.112.

Changed MDRV_VBLANK_DURATION macro to accept subseconds directly

previous technique of calling port_tag_to_handler() within an

Added counter emulation to the COP420 CPU core. Hooked it up to

Added missing PROMs to the Status Trivia driver. [Brian Troha]

Cleaned up several Taito drivers (opwolf.c, othunder.c, topspeed.c,
warriorb.c, wgp.c, rastan.c, rainbow.c, volfied.c) to use common
input port macros. Fixed the Dip Switches for all games (a few still
remain unknown though) and added many notes. Also fixed a couple of
things which were wrong in ninjaw.c driver. Improved the C-chip
emulation for “Operation Wolf” and its clones so it can now handle
multiple coinage settings. [stephh]

Improved the MCU simulation for aladbl so now the game handles coins
correctly. Fixed the Inputs to match an arcade cabinet and added
Dip Switches according to the game M68000 code. [stephh]

Added build tool to extract version information and add it to the

Added a fairly complete WD33C93 SCSI controller emulation, and also
updated the cps3.c driver to use it. [Ernesto Corvi]

Changed NEC V30 CPU core to use a 16-bit data bus. Updated affected
drivers: raiden, raiden2, m72, m90, m92, m107, segas32, hng64,

twins, gunpey, ttchamp. Separated V-series disassembler from the
i386 disassembler and updated it to use proper register and

Changed I8086 CPU core to use a 16-bit data bus. Updated affected

I never saw this question answered in the thread before, so I apologize if it’s been answered in another way…

When I played on Mame 32k 64 (hacked version and official) on my widescreen laptop, there wasn’t a way to enforce the aspect ratios outside of doing windowed mode and expanding it by hand, hoping for the best… but even the smallest window size was still stretched. (too wide)

Changing the settings inside 32k never did anything nor did changing my computer’s resolution. I have an ATI graphics card, can’t remember the model since my comp is in the shop right now.

I never ran into this problem on my old laptop which was not widescreen, but without a correct aspect ratio it’s damn near impossible to play ST.

I’m actually hoping my laptop is unfixable by Best Buy repair center and that I’ll be able to get a new one with a reasonable screen.

Should I scrap my idea of playing Kaillera and get a 360 for HD:Remix or is there a better solution?

Download the Japan no cd of 3rd Strike, but Mame’s not reading it. The name is right too, it’s 60.2MB.

Can someone post some good directions and links to get the latest MAME and MAME 118u3 GUI with the kaillera stuff (for netplay)?

I was playing on 118u1 and it worked pretty well then 118u2 takes forever to load. Can’t find a link for 118u3, Don’t have the kaillera files etc.

PS - Is there anywhere that lists arcade games as they come out? Not just for downloading but sort of like a GamePro for arcade games with reviews and stuff?

PPS - I also want to play SNK2 with MAME, is that possible yet? Where can I get the files for that? Whats the diff between Pro and regular versions?

PPS - (lol lots of Questions) Is there a working no cd rom for netplay 3s like the cps3 emu uses? I would rather play the USA version than the jap version on kaillera. Is there any difference between the 2 games other than the language and translations?

sorry in advance for this scrub post. I had mame32++ 0.118u3 with SF;3s working perfectly, then I decided to go online to play, and was informed to “change emu, nobody uses that one” dude told me to get 0.117 which I did, but i guess the specific one I dled doesn’t have netplay or something, because I don’t see kaillera options anywhere. Can someone tell me exactly where they got their emu from that they use to play 3s on kaillera with?

noob question coming: Sometimes when a game starts on kaillera the op just seems to not be there…and it happens often enough to be quite annoying anyone know what I’m talking about?
