She honestly might not be so bad without XF3, but with it any disadvantage she would have had is gone. It’s like inputting IDDQD in a fighting game,
which at the point ceases to be a fighting game and more like a survival horror game

I’m not worried about Dark Phoenix (or salty) at all. My team is the perfect anti Phoenix
If Dormammu gets a snapout with an extra meter, he’s gonna X factor and fireball super to kill her before she hits the ground. Sentinel can bait any jumping fireball and hard drive through it, and Akuma is pretty much the anti-Phoenix rolled into one character. I’d say Level 3 X-Factor Akuma is pretty much an even matchup for Level 3 X-Factor DP. His hurricane kicks straight up beat all her projectiles, so it’s pretty much whoever gets the first hit in.
If I had Doom or Magneto (X-Factor Guard Cancel level 3 FTW) it would be even easier.
Phoenix gets put in the Dark Dimension.
