im actually pretty pissed. dont think that this was a small matter. i wanted it to blow away, but the manager found out that the bucket was short 55+ dollars. he checked the cameras, i didnt see it. scott talked to junior wanting the tokens back.
so far nobody is kicked out, but what makes me mad is that dan is mad, partly at me. ive trusted junior and eric not to take the tokens. and they stabbed me in the back. so dan is mad at me because it was my fault for letting them get stolen. and its also bad for the sjgl community because ive been telling dan how good you all are and then this happens. who knows if dan decides to not let us have more tournaments?
from what i hear, scott doesnt care about the tokens, but its a slap in the face to golfland who used to respect eric and junior as some of our better customers.
junior and eric have been coming to golfland for years. maybe they werent respected, but up til now we didnt know they would break any rules or steal from us. yes they are both mexican.
scott is the assistant manager. hes the one that confronted junior asking for the tokens back. it was like 300 tokens. junior said he spent them all. and then took off. i dont know what managment will do about it.
but im just pissed because a whole lot that we worked two years for gets hurt by two guys whom i would give a free token to now and then anyways.
you know something joe? for a long time i heard about paul from mgl and how mean he was to the fighting game customers, and i vowed to always be “cool”. i was mean to the regular customers and nice to the fighting game ones. i think that now i can see how after 15 years or however long hes been there, he can feel tired of people trying to pull one over on him. shrug
He’s a Mexican guy that comes in there about twice a month. A - Ken/Sakura/Mai, I believe. I don’t know how to describe him well. Imagine Albert with a mustache and no beer in his hand.
Whew, thank God I’m a fighting game customer. And yeah, I’ve seen the way you treat that fat kid with a lazy eye that plays Mario Kart.

they probably are planning on selling them. even if they arent banned they probably wont come back. and if they DO, ill kick them out if i am supervising.
i dont know who would want to buy those tokens knowing what price they came at. there was even talk of writing me up because i “shouldve known better”

Troy I never met you but thank you for your support. As a former arcade worker of 3 years I have an idea of what you go through with your higher ups and the people that don’t appreciate your service. Oh yeah the LEFT side of cvs2 was always fine for me, the right side is the problem. Or maybe it’s cuz my arm has limited motion due to the guy sitting to the left of me.
