Well, see the only reason I didn’t want a Marvel tourney is because we always have low turnouts. I mean, SJGL Fall Battle was a big tourney and only 12 ppl showed for MVC2. Even though players like Ricky, Alex and Neezy were there, I was expecting a bigger turnout. If you want to run a Marvel tourney, however, you’re welcome to do so. Let me know details about the $ to join and etc.

Actually, it’s a great idea if someone else could host MvC2 in place of me, because I would end up running around anyways, and running 2 different games just isn’t the greatest thing in the world. But like Bhushan says, there’s not enough MvC2 players each time we try to run a tourney, so if you can, try to promote what you can to attract MvC2 players to run a successful tournament, that’d be awesome.
Additionally, the preparation for the button switches for MvC2 was just plain out horrible. I wasn’t able to take care of that the last time, and I wouldn’t be able to this time as well because of the agenda that I currently have. So you can also attend to that issue as well. Thx.

last time there was a problem with the switches? i was there when the finals were being played, nobody said anything.
golfland was closed and i could have easily fixed the problem. i dont understand this.

Wait a minute, no SF2:CE?
I don’t mind you running the SFII: CE tourney. However, I cannot join that tournament and I’m pretty sure neither is Will or Anthony from what I spoke with them last time as they were busy with CVS2 and Anthony was going crazy from the mcv2 tourney. If you want to advertise running it, you are welcome to do so. If anyone else is interested in joining the SFII: CE tourney, please post and let us know so we know we have enough ppl for the tournament.

Well, I usually do print and post em at San Jose Golfland about 3-4 weeks in advance and turnouts have been outstanding. I’m sure more ppl would come if I posted them at other Golflands. Only problems is, as much as I want a big crowd, it’s kind of inconvenient for them since they only have one cvs2 machine. That’s a long ass wait for ppl not playing and waiting for their turns. Then they start to wonder around and either not come back for a long time or not come back at all. I mean, ppl still show up from different areas just by seeing it on SRK threads about the tourneys. So unless they get another cvs2 machine at SJGL, I don’t plan on posting any flyers at other Golflands/other places.
