its because people in this country vote…over and over and over again, career politicians into office and keep them there for the most retarded reasons like partisanship or familiarity. etc.
people do not vote a politician in, and tell them "you have x and o amount of time in office and for that allotted time you have certain goals you must meet to appease us. if you do not accomplish said goals you will be voted out of office."
this is what happens in other “modern” countries.
that never happens in the usa.
which is why america’s health care, education, sanitation, and crime statistics are hot garbage.

This shit pisses me off. Everyone’s tired of the DNC and the Clintons, but the media and Clinton News Network equates every criticism of them to support for Trump. Even Sanders doesn’t want to speak up, which angers me more because he spent all this time railing against the establishment when the personification of the establishment was actively propped up as a candidate at his expense. At this point, the only progressive with a spine is Jill Stein, which is equal parts funny and sad. It seems more people are voting against a candidate than for one, which is a sad testament to how utterly broken the two-party system is, at least in modern America.
Has any iteration of Green Party ever been elected to power in any country at all?
I hope Gary and Jill will get more exposure. I still have no idea what they are about.
