He had a billion dollars in losses, so taxes don’t kick in again until he owed more than that. Now as someone who really fucks their taxes I can tell you step one is get a legally recognized disability so you can exempt your assets.
This instance is straightforward, as Jimbo stated above. However, most of the legal tax “evaders” simply have lawyers specialized in tax law to rip the tax code to shreds. They pay for their services, yes, but for those that do, it’s usually a lot less than what they’d have to pay if they just dropped their financial dick onto the desk of the IRS as is.

Obezzy was responsible for ISIS. Under Bush the US was pressing Iraq and telling them what to do. When that slimy cock sucking son of bitch took over, he gave more autonomy to the fucking iraqi’s. He did the same for Afghanistan as well. Well those fucking backwater assholes consolidated power and excluded the sunni population out of power and where terrible to them. They complained about it, Obama knew that groups like Jama’at where becoming very popular with locals, and was the primary group that re-escalated the insurrection around 2009. He didn’t listen, he didn’t press the fucking iraqi shitlords, and he still gave them more autonomy, as well as eventually withdrawing troops from Iraq, not because the American public demanded it, but because he wanted to play nice with the Iraqi government.
That stupid ass fucking decision is what allowed Jama’at to grow into ISIS, and his negligence in Iraq is what led us to ISIS. ISIS is obama’s fucking fault, their spread into other countries like Syria and Libya is Obezzy’s fault. The deconstruction and destabilization of Egypt is Obezzy’s fault.
Under Obezzy our foreign relations have gotten worse. We aren’t cooperating with the Russians, we did so under the Bush administration when we invaded Iraq and why they simply protested rather than provide arms. Under the Obezzy administration we’ve been arming NATO nations and aggrevating Russia and forcing their hand into increased military spending and them posturing like they do now. Under Obezzy’s incompetence the Chinese believe they can call the shots in the pacific due to Obezzy’s bullshit red line in the sand in Syria. Under Obezzy we have a serious threat of terrorism that was made possible by him.
