Has there been any team that has lost game 6 and put the pieces back together to recover and won game 7 in any 7-game series for any sport? It seems like the game 6 winner that forces a game 7 is pretty much almost guaranteed to win game 7 from the momentum and psychological boost…

Yankees lost game 6 of the ALCS in 2003, then won game 7. I think we remember how that happened.

Also, Dodgers in '88, Braves in '92, Cardinals in '06 all lost Game 6 of the NLCS those years, and then won game 7.

Cleveland won a game 6 once before and lost in game 7. 1997 World Series against Florida.

that third base coach if probably gonna get fired, or he should. Damn kenny wanted to score but damn guy held him up, Big momentum killer. Boston maybe wouldn’t have a good next inning if Cleveland could have kept the inning alive a little longer.
