I hope thats truly not the case…god dam thats one of the main reasons I wanted this.

Man Fuck that. i hope the ps3 owners get hella lag:badboy::badboy: sorry ass connections.

God, I know the feeling. Every time I see more footage of new characters I decide I like him. I can only think of three chars I’m not considering maining now.

^ Yeah, I was concerned about the cast at first, but seeing them in action, I have well over 3 characters I’d want to learn.

Btw, pretty sure 360 still has the team battle thing, but it’s not referred to as Clan matches.

Are you serious?

That’s just fan boy justification, not a true argument.

It’s just as sound for a PSN fan boy to trumpet that, if you wanted a better feature free, then you should have bought a PS3.

You are owed nothing by 3rd party developers for your 360 loyalty.

Nor is a PS3 loyalist owed a damned thing by 3rd parties.

Fanboyism is getting hella old, this generation.

lmao-so it’s only two exclusive characters…?

For the last time, its not confirmed to be just 2. Better off waiting til e3 before jumping to conclusions.

wait wait 360 doesn’t get the 6/6 matches?

Does not compute…

I’m not being a fanboy. I like both systems just fine.
I’d buy a PS3 if I had room on my shelf, but my brother has one so I just play his when I’m over.

I’m not saying 360 should always have something over PSN. I’d be just fine if they both had identical features all the time and the only difference was the server stability and stuff. I’m just saying that if one system is going to get an extra feature, it should be 360 just for the fact that we pay for our online service. It’d be nice to get an extra incentive now and then.

I’d have to agree, in this case it really does come down to"you get what you pay for"and I don’t think it’s particularily fair to punish 360 owners by alloting a exclusive feature only to the PS3. When you pay for something u expect good service, that’s the benefit to paying a monthly fee as opposed to a free service.

You make it sound like Microsoft is supposed to hold developer studios accountable. Honestly, you people need to stop complaining. Ignition said they’re still working on getting 3 vs 3 on the 360, plus the 360 ver has a better matchmaking service than ps3 as evidenced in the Game Informer Article (talking about trueskill matchmaking or some schtick) Stop making the assumption that the money you pay for XBL is supposed to effect games developed not even by Microsoft themselves (Plus remember PSN got screwed hard on AAA titles like Fallout 3, Mass Effect, and GTAIV). You pay XBL for better connectivity (in my opinon), all the exclusive i stuff you get from their vid podcasts and the ability to stream netflix and a bunch of other stuff, A Better working and fleshed out Online service in general as far as friendlists/parties/integration goes(because they’ve been working on it from day one unlike PS3 which threw it in as an after thought and only recently got their act together) You’re not paying extra stuff so that 360 versions of games get better stuff, its microsoft themselves that would would pony up (probably with subscription fees but thats another topic)

Thankfully I have both systems, Will be buying it for ps3 first, maybe 360 later on, but I’m a strong supporter of XBL over PSN. Stop complaining until everything is finalized.

agreed

fuck now imma have to spring for a ps3

$600 ps3 = already payed for online. lol.

xbl is what? $40, $45 a year? seems like ps3 owners were charged for a couple years of online equal to what we would have paid included in the system price, whether they are going to have internet to use it or not. That’s the way I see it imo. Included in the price but listed as a free feature?

dnt mind me im just passing through. As a matter of fact just disregard this post.

If you’re still paying $600 for a PS3 then you’ve got serious issues.

dnt have one. disregard please.

Having console exclusive stuff makes people with both systems want to buy their version of the game, as it might be the “superior” version. If people want the other version bad enough, they’ll get the other system for it, but having a (relatively) minor difference in the grand scheme of things is not an absolute deal-breaker for most, and they’ll buy the game anyway (I know I will be). It’s a win-win.

Anyway, going back to the no-Mai-because-no-mention-of-bouncing-breasts thing…

Every single female character in the game thus far got a re-design, maybe Mai (sans bouncing breasts) is next!

I have both consoles im gonna buy both ver.

same for blazblue

wow someone gave me neg rep for being a fanboy? lol at that. its not a big deal cuz I dnt care about rep but how wuz I being a fanboy? I own a 360, not a ps3 but I was making a opinion of mine on behalf of the ps3 users. didn’t know that was being a fanboy but if that’s what keeps your g-string wet…

none the less I am very exciting for kof12 and I am not going to let a few complaints about features and characters ruin it for me.

^exactly-fuck the haters!

anything new of interest to note within the game?

I might be overreacting, but hopefully this is true. Maybe Clan matches are a way to facilitate PS3 users playing Team Battle. (As opposed to Team Battle on the 360 being easy, cause all you need is to get in the game and use Party Chat)

If it’s on the PS3, I might get it there too. Seeing as how some of my friends are getting KOFXII on the PS3, why not?

I guess it’s about time that the PS3 has something to brag about. (This and Batman: AA)
