Yeah, it could just be an action shot…one temporary exaggerated, expressive frame of animation like with Hugo’s hair during his low MK. It does look like he’s doing Galactica Phantom or something crazy…
Either way, I predict that Ralf’s Argentine Backbreaker is going to look FATAL. And, if Clark Spark is in the game somewhere, there are going to be face marks in the pavement.

Leona looks a bit choppy in comparison to what we’ve seen thus far. Maybe it’s because she’s got the 2D wave motion shortcut for some of her movements (e.g. when she crouches) and her attacks. That was probably added in manually.
It took me a few seconds to recognize what I was seeing as Terry. Jesus, forget what 1UP said about SFIV - the real steroid mongers are in KoFXII. Anyway, Terry looks pretty good (LOL at him briefly fixing his hat after Crack Shot).

From the look of the vids, Kyo seems to have his Oniyaki (uppercut) autoguard frames. Plus, the flames surrounding Kyo from behind during his uppercut seem to hit Ryo as he crosses up. Of course I could be seeing things.
