Sorry, I’m going to have to disagree. Neither Ralf stats nor Ralf’s non-sprite artwork has ever showed him to be as massive as he appears to be now. Yes, he and Clark were essentially headswaps, but their stats are close and both were about right, so it wasn’t a big deal. The only way this Ralf would be accurate is if Ralf suddenly weighed 145 kg (319.6 lbs) instead of 110 kg (242.5 lbs).
Of course, it could just be a bad picture and Ralf isn’t as big as he appears. We shall see.

It’s not the encode, that’s the actual speed. And I think it’s fine that way.
terry is about ralphs hight or just a lil bit smaller. the weight difference is huge between them. ralph weighs like 30 kg more than terry when the size difference is only small, very small. yamazaki is even bigger than ralph, but he weighs 94 or something like that. you still dont see it? yamazaki is fucking buff, yet he doesnt even weigh 100 kg, not even close to it. ralph IS fucking buff. this is just the first time they show it.

this game looks sick :woot:, definetly im sure that it wouldnt disapoint in any aspect, if the game has a roster of only 20 im fine with that, the sprite work looks vey neat, as for the ralf buffnes i think its something about the angle and the pose

I don’t think the ash “super” is a super. Im pretty sure its either a weird special, or perhaps a taunt of sorts. The ball only hits once, so no way it would be a super as his super like that hits a bunch of a times, also you notice how the startup canceled out Athena’s fireball.
Also I imagine the huge comments are the same thing people were saying about Street Fighter 3 when it came out. Ralf looks cool. Leona has super spikey hair, but it looks cool.
Terry is drawn way too big now. He was kinda big before for weighing supposedly 82 kg (180 lbs), but now he looks about 20 kg heavier than he’s supposed to. If you’re comparing Ralf to him, fine, but realise that Terry is drawn wrong now, so your base is wrong.
And Yamazaki has always been drawn bigger than his stats portrayed. I weigh more than he does (well, not at the moment, but I did six months ago), and am am 2 cm shorter, but am nowhere near as buff.
That’s what I was thinking considering he’s the only one who is able to use what looks like a super.
and yeah I noticed the invincibility of the move once the ball came out as well
