^ so, how many people usually show up to these events in merced?
well its no major touney so not hundreds. last mvc3/ae tourney there were about 50/60. last cod/halo each game had about 15 teams. the main thing is the bigger the turn out the better the competition and the prizes. most people from srk that we have met personally we be coming.

I come from a small town known as Escalon, right here in CA. (10 minutes from Modesto). I attend school in Santa Cruz, and a friend of mine goes to school in Davis. This winter we will be back in the central valley, and I was wondering what kinda scene was present (if any) in or around Modesto. I’ve seen some talk of Kriers, and Merced…but I’m just not sure. We really would like to get involved in some actual tourneys. Thanks in advance.

thank you all who came to merced yesterday we appreciate it. especially those that were on a tight schedule and still were able to come. the amount of participants for this tourney was almost equivalent to our previous in july. i hope everyone had a good time. top 3 players for each game make it seem like no one went haha shows that you guys are truly skillful. get ready for SCR!!!

no prob. i know how it is to travel for tourneys not always easy to be on time. glad you had fun. next time we are planning on raising the price a bit and adding couple hundred of our own money to make the pot bigger!! xsk samurai made a good amount of money!!! haha…
