To be fair I think Alabama took it too far. I think there are exceptions to the rule. Health risks to the mother, rape and incest victims should be allowed. I do not advocate for abortion as a form of birth control.

Unless they are stateless (being a person with zero citizenship anywhere, they are citizens somewhere thus still has rights. And even the stateless has certain basic rights. Only thing as Stateless, you donāt have a government to vouch for you. The US government also canāt legally deport a stateless individual as they have no home country to speak of.
World governments signed treaties for this sort of thing.

Protections of the US Government donāt stop off US soil if the insulation is still a US insulation.
The idea of a Black-site, which the Guantanamo Bay detention camp tried to run is a direct violation of US Law.
So yes, refugees fleeing for their lives and heading on foot (possibility for months with their families in tow) to the US border to claim amnesty has rights.
Lemme know when weāre turning away actual refugees and not economic migrants trying to game the system by claiming asylum under false pretenses.
