Doubt it Jerry Jones will do everything in his power to stop that from happening, he opposed the Texans expansion in Houston because he wanted to keep that stranglehold of Texas market.

McNair and Jones would block a San Antonio team and they have powerful allies in the other owners.

One reason I think the Rams will be fine (other than history) is that Stan Kroenke is one of the wealthiest NFL owners. He can easily afford to run at a loss to get a foothold into that market.

The Chargers are going to have a harder time if they can’t sell tickets and get fans to car enough to buy L.A Chargers branded gear.
