I think I’ve read somewhere that mayon is a 38-40yr old player who is a strange person. I don’t know anything other than that.

I’m not sure on the details, for all we know one could be trolling the other. but for the Italian players who are said to be teaming with Kuroda, they definitely should investigate the situation.

According to some european players, kuroda is not the first player to accept money for playing in a team. Anyway the last thing i know is that he tweeted “i want to die” (google translation)…

Too late to say, Kuroda is pretty cool. Everyone puts in lots of money to play 3s. He has too, and thru his own skill he was paid back in that kind of dowry, lump sum payment thing, for whatever reason that was thrown around. Even the wrong reasons
money changes things, and Japan scene was the one seen as no problems that come out of money and prize money.
i think non of us fully understand the situation but i dont think money was the issue. if kuroda wanted to participate for money thats cool. hes been contributing a lot already to the 3s scene by commentating and sharing information to people without getting paid. assuming he really hadnt given his consent on entering coop, then i think its nice that money was an incentive for him to enter. i dont think he fully realizes how many fans he has or how many people respect his play. kuroda alone cant make 3s popular but his involvement definitely keeps people around and inspires the people already playing.
You should mention this in kurodas twitter Yuuki. Stop him from his suicidal thoughts and save his life. Tell him how many people here love him and to look at the bright light. =]
Kuroda should use his SSS tier Gouki so I can be happy again :(.
Edit: Just read the depression post. I hope he recovers, depression is a serious issue. Hopefully he has good friends over there to support him, that helps the most in these kinds of situations.

about the current account - i had my doubts about its authencity :
i was told mov isn’t a follower and i find that fact quite bizarre
plus,those alarming tweets were pretty much ignored…
but now i’m convinced it is actually legit
as far as i can tell,in his home country,kuroda is still considered somewhat weird but definitely a 3s genius and overall the best player
he’s very respected and he’s surely very aware of all those things
does he care / would he care about foreigners’ opinions ? not sure…
but he really wanted to tell me / us that he was the best and a prodigy in many different fighting games
and,personally,i had no problem in telling him that i did consider him “the best” (at least @ 3rd)
in any case,hopefully an update about the live stream will pop up soon
