It was truly awesome.
All five members of Team Sugiyama deserved to win that. They all played their parts well, but managing to beat TWO members of King Ghidorah(MOV and Rikimaru), both in Top 4, is just crazy. RX definitely deserved MVP status though; beating Mimora, Tominaga AND Haitani…I’ll just leave it at that.
Overall, this was the best Coop Cup. So many clutch moments and upsets. The Niconico stream MVP, though, was Jon “John Lennon” Pherai.

That said, it was awesome and I’m glad that they finally won. After 2007… luck owed them something, maybe.
Anyway, Rikimaru was crying because after so many years he still wants to be the best at the thing he loves, so badly. And tomorrow… shigoto all day. Mad respect for him. Pretty different from people that cries over #esports money, sponsorships, lost fans… and the next day starts practicing My Little Pony “so hard” because it’s in Evo.
