I won’t judge Slash myself until I play it, but saying a game is lame because a character you don’t like is Top Tier is pretty dumb. I know a lot of people who hate Mag,Sent,Storm,Cable but they don’t say “OMG MVC2 sux back to MVC!”
Also Slash is still pretty new and a lot of people have no played it yet (myself included) I am pretty sure Ky might be Top Tier for now but that may change after more people get their hands on the game.
Don’t get me wrong I love #Relaod but If Slash is better I’ll switch to it.

i also would like to know if there is a set date yet. this will be my frist time coming out to texas showdown.
I recently moved from cali to el paso this past fall. so it has been an interesting ride to be flung away from FFA in SoCal to console here.

Good to see you’re coming man. Just a heads up, if you’re not used to console, and you want to do well at the tourney, you should buy a stick and practice playing on the floor. :-/

im getting used to console anyways. first tourney i went to since i moved out here was ABQ and i took the 3s one borrowing my friends tekken stick. i actually prefer tekken sticks at the moment compared to MAS or HORI sticks. i still dont know too much abou those 2 tho, need more practice.

Yeah man, you can do that. I was just saying make sure you practice on a stick so that way you’re not too pissed and suprised when you make the switch from arcade to console because contrary to what most people say, it’s such a different feeling.
