From what I am seeing and understanding, after his close mk you can jump cancel, whiff a dive kick and go right into Ultra 1. Good luck with the jump canceling as we know how hard those can be to pull off but it is doable after considerable practice. But you can see it in action on the front page of SRK. Yang is quietly looking more and more solid.
And DeeJay is looking nice!

well this should be much easier than ibuki and viper. with those two you are canceling INTO a jump and then canceling the jump itself to pull off another move. with this, all you are doing is canceling into a jump then doing a dive kick after you’ve already left the ground.

Point is, jump cancel into dive kick into ultra will take some work. Very doable though indeed…as I said. And $20 you can’t do it 10 times in a row with both characters. You can barely fadc into ultra my good sir and you telling me you can jump cancel into ultra consistently? Cool.

Saw the U1 setup. That is awesome. EX Grab looks awesome and I love that like, little loop he is doing with dive kick, cl. mk, dive kick, cl. mk. Seems like a sound mixup.
