Yeah…I feel you on this. I’m one of those dudes that played fighting games (not really on a competitive level) back in the day and just stopped, and got back into it because of SFIV console release. I just wanted to play for fun, and never even thought I would enter tournaments because my nervousness would cloud my vision. Definitely has opened up a whole realm for me that I was not ready for. I dunno how serious I am about playing anymore, because think my skill cannot go any higher. I fail to see the things that are holding me back. More importantly than seeing them, I lack the knowhow to overcome them on a consistent basis. And that is so infuriating to me …it makes me want to stop playing sometimes. I think this is what is preventing me to personally commit myself to the game.

However, I do like to share information that I have learned about the game like, matchups, what to do against certain things, test out character pokes to see what counters what…etc…I hope some have gathered some matchup experience against me playing my main characters (Chun, Guy, Cammy, and sometimes Sagat).

Ahhh…the golden days.

I agree about it being the same. The buffs for Guy were good (not great), thats all that I wanted to try out really. Don’t really care for the twins…like…at all…even remotely.

Not at all sir.

I did not read this till now and I laughed my ass off too!

Now that I am somewhat sober, I can run a quick shoutout!
Abe, you still suck. Good shit on winning!
Squabb, Your free! Good times at Fox!
To everyone else, we got that shit too hype! It needs to be like that every week!

Cale, Alex, and Mac are getting down on some Arcade Edition today, if anyone is looking for practice, come on out!

We should set up a 5 player Memphis team and see how fast I can OCV it.

Lycan and Squabb, good shit on surviving the trips home last night, I was getting worried about O for a moment there until he posted.
GG’s to everyone at Hastings last night, I actually managed to win a FT5 lol.
Good shit to Josh for getting rid of the Magic/Yugioh kids so we could localize.
Big thanks to everyone who stepped up and brought setups so we could get shit going.
Random awesome moment: Justin Cammy vs Sev Abel. Too hype.
Good shit to Gabe for leveling up, winning his match and NOT talking a buncha shit on the forums afterward. Stay classy.
JoshSRK, Line of the Night Award: “Were going in like Top Gun!” LOLOLOL
Awesome night last night, 15+ dudes and one lady (hello Krit!) and infinite hype and hilariousness.

Edit: Nevermind my browser is being stupid.

Neoblood and Martin just showed up, and Cale is still hanging out, for anyone still on the fence about heading out today.

It’s a miracle, my Xbox works again.

Shoot work that miracle on my PS3 please!!

…nope. Disregard that, it’s still fucked. Never gets past the Xbox 360 splash screen before the video glitches out and the system crashes.

It’s not under warranty either, I just discovered.

Because you prob got 17 windows open of random shit WHILE playing random SF match on 360 and random 1p game on PS3 behind you.

Your job sucks.

Fixed =P

Oh God.

What?!

My sentiments exactly when I first heard about it, but now its TOO LATE…

I still log way more hours in SF than WoW

Good shit last night to Gabe for kicking my ass you really surprised me and keeping it classy online
and Major good shit to my Team mate last night Rukus Team Pantene Pro Victory 4 Life
for the record we 2-0 every team but justin’s cammy raped us and Rukus saved our ass versus Bishop
and I had a blast last night at fox with Lycan, Squab, and Abe til 2:30 in the morning (“We’re going in like Top Gun!”)
