Yes. Sev we talked about this earlier but it really is ridiculous. Why include SFXTek in a Street Fighter 25th anniversary collection? Now, take ALL MY ISSUES WITH THE GAME AND PUT THEM ASIDE. Let’s just look at the collection. There are games with WAY more acclaim and history that could have been included there in place of cross. CvS 2, Marvel, XvSF, or Alpha 3 anyone?

The same reason Chris doesn’t think SFxT should be in the 25th anniversary box is the same reason I dont think CvS2 or the Marvel games should be in. It needs to be a celebration of the STREET FIGHTER series, the collabs and vs. games should get a nod, but the spotlight should be on the main series. The soundtracks, documentary, and art book are really the only thing drawing me to this set, and that’s sad.
Even excluding the EX series there’s a bunch of great memories with SF, not only in the games themselves, but the production and promotional artwork, the memorabilia, the merchandise, tournament history, and what have you. The fact that they limit this set in such a way is so… man…
I see you NeoDrew. I just took another look at the collection and god damn you are right. The only things of interest in there are all the shit ASIDE from the games. I guess taking your point into account then, yeah Alpha is the only series really not represented. And it should be imo if you are talking a celebration of STREET FIGHTER.
It seems like they are only including SFxTek int he collection in a poorly veiled attempt to keep the game relevant…when it needs to just die.

I’m not sure how you guys post the terminology, but something like Grab, stand C, insert move here, drive cancel, etc so I can understand it…
All I need is a basic 3-5 hitter mid screen no drive cancel, a combo with drive cancel anywhere, and that corner combo from a grab
