Maybe she’s a crapload older than 70+ as they suggest. Maybe she’s the world’s first and ONLY human naturally born with Super powers. The compound V, which all other Supes come from, is derived from her blood or something.

They were going way too far in that scene haha. I was like,

“OMFG! We get it, ok? We get it! He’s fuggin’ crazy! You don’t need to take it to THOSE EXTREMES to show us”.

Then as the scene went on, i was begging/pleading with my HD-TV like, “Please stop. You don’t have to do this…nooooo…”

Then the scene did a 180 and i was so relieved. Whew.

ok, Raised by Wolves is that new hotness. Holy shit that first episode… so many cool visuals…so much awesome shit happened…and the concept intrigued me right from the start. I can’t say enough good things about this greatness.

nah it’s not a werewolf thing (heh, unforutnately); so far there’s 5 eps on hbo… I assume the regular channel as well; I only have hbomax. Basic premise is 2 androids arrive to a new planet with human embryos, presumably to give our species a fresh start over there (*brilliant plan, actually…since naturally robots will survive the long trips involved with interstellar travel)…as you can imagine, things get crazy pretty fast.

Despite the dude haircut, the actress playing “Mother” is pretty damn cute. I’d pounce.

It’s Ridley Scott so it’s visually it’s stunning too.
Offtopic: Engineers in Prometheus with their simplistic lifestyle, inability to reproduce, advanced tech and educating early humans is starting to make a lot of sense now.

Have seen most episodes funny show. Old model from the sitcom Just Shoot Me is the voice of the witch and the demon named King is voiced by that Gravity Falls guy.

For what is basically a Western isekai it is very good. It continues the trail set by Gravity Falls along with Star vs the Forces of Evil and Amphibia in being in Disney shows that are unlike traditional Disney.

There also hidden messages in the show like gravity falls did.

Rumor/Fan theory is that the show in in the same shared universe as Gravity Falls and Rick and Morty, as the Boiling Ilse appeared in one of the “BOOKS” from gravity Falls.

Yep. The guy who does the voices for Homestar Runner is somewhere in the VA cast too.

I don’t know why Disney Plus haven’t put it on yet. Its a premium pay for product on Amazon prime, and I forgot what else.

Oh yeah, and the premise isn’t forced like some Isekai is.

Also all the character designs makes me feel like even though this is a Western Disney production, if you told me this was set in the Disgeae universe I almost might believe you.
