I think it starts this Friday night on NBC (the network thatās known for never giving anything much of a chance unless it has absolutely insanely good ratings immediately; I know if I was pitching a showā¦ I probably would not be inclined to even try getting it on that network).
I may have successfully got Mom hooked on The Originals by showing her the season 1 blu-ray over the holidays, though the proper way to be introduced to those characters is thru Vampire Diaries. Paulie is a cunt. Never owns up to his mistakes, always whines when being called out, dude should just eliminate himself already. Ramsey has to be only keeping him around for ratings at this point. Every service he continues to make more and more mistakes, and I laughed when he said he āaccepts criticismā thatās the biggest piece of bullshit line Iāve heard on this show.
Kimberly is weak chef. If she makes top 3, then Iāll be very surprised. The blue team was so bad this season that she pretty much coasted along the red teams success, any other season she would of been gone long ago. Thereās nowhere to hide now, Iām betting sheāll probably be dropped next.
Ryan and Heidi will make top 3, with Ryan heading the favorite to win it all. Ryan is so far ahead of every chef itās ridiculous, if she didnāt get transferred over to the blue team they all would have been eliminated already. Heidi would need a Ryan meltdown for her chance to probably steal this competition. I think sheās clearly better than Andrew.
Andrew/Heather will round out the other final spot for top 3. I think Andrewās cockiness will be his downfall in a service, and Heather sneaks by him. Heās one of those chefs who really needs to just let his food do the talking.

I never watched any of these competitive/reality shows until I watched the last season of Ink Master w/ my wife one night. Since then Iāve watched more Ink Master, HK, Master Chef and a frigginā slew of random āwarsā shows (Cupcake Wars, Cake Wars, Sugar Wars, etc).
Ink Master is by far the best of them all though.
HK is alright. S tier Ramsey went strong Seasons 1-8, def watch those (although I hated Season 8). I like HK more than Kitchen Nightmares, but I still watch both.
I wish they brought back The Mole. That was interesting show.
