Wait what, so two super animations play at once? That’s kinda fucked up
2 supers but fengs super has faster activation
the more interesting thing is that supers blow through the armor of other supers
i guess that would make sense seeing as it would give one the initiative to cast it first
Dat moment you realize that TTT2 had 1v1…
@The Martian: TTT2 is just really really hard when you’ve never played the older games. That and people are allergic to 3D fighters.
1 vs 2 was a mistake as well.
Why are you even in this thread? Take your shit elsewhere, you assmonkey.
I am here to provide news and information and observe the process and effect of marketing relating Tekken 7.
What God forsaken corner of the world are you from and what is your purpose?
I got to play T7FR for the first time ever today at an convention and so far it’s impressive, despite my limited playtime. It plays smooth as hell.
I cannot wait for this game to come out on home consoles.
King is top tier doe right?
The version I played was before the Bob update, so King wasn’t nerfed. I didn’t get to try him out either but I played against one while trying out Lucky Chloe but still, it’s hard for me to say.
I personally can’t wait to try Lucky, I want to make people hate online.
Yeah, the feature (mainly with the 2 vs 1) wasn’t well received, and most tournaments hosting TTT2 either ignored it (Japan, Korea) or banned it (US).
Yeah, some people were okay with it, but really…I thought the whole reason for TAG in the title was because it would be 2 vs 2 at all times, just like the previous game.
And as a result of better hardware compared to when TTT1 was released, it’d be outright silly to not further build upon the Tag mechanics to really make it more of a 2 vs 2 experience.
Only other decision that puzzled me a bit was the VERY high damage across the board.
2v1 thing basically treated your character if you only had 1 character like Unknown from TTT. In our words you could regenerate your red damage…
More health (to only what, about 50 or so points under the combined tag character health) along with two attempts at rage (halfway and near-death) and a damage increase.
However, no secondary character to use Tag Assault (lose out on big damage) nor the Tag Crash (save your ass when trapped and need to get your second character out pronto, at expense of rage).
Oh, and was fully possible to carry someone through one of their Rage states so that it remains that one shot at Rage until the next round.

- Love that shade on Lucky Chloe’s profile, heehee.
- I have mix feelings about Josie not ending up a call centre agent of sorts (and a bit with that Typhoon Haiyan reference). Coz girl, if she grew up from a mid class to lower family, none around here speak smooth English like that. I call Harada being lazy not getting a Filipina (so many in Japan to boot) to voice her.
Ah… So Katarina is walking around in her Bra because she can’t afford to buy clothes. Poor girl.
To those in the loop. Has there been any rumours about Julia / Jaycee? She was my main for T6 and TTT2 and I am kinda surprised they haven’t revealed her yet.

For any genuine fan of martial arts cinema Tekken’s addition of parody characters and anime stereotypes in the main arcade based series has been insulting. In small quantities it was tolerable, but with the snowball effect it has become cringeworthy.
That’s fucking beautiful.
