I’m hoping that when and if the time comes to mod the T6 stick that it’s no harder to mod than the T5 was…
I don’t see Hori including anything but a JLF joystick in it. The buttons I could easily see being either QD (doubtful) or soldered to the PCB like the T5 buttons were.
I kind of hope to see confirmation on how big this stick really is.
I hope it’s a new design HRAP rather than a reuse of the Fighting Stick-style case.
I think the more important question is the power issue???
The power consumption should be no different than a standard wireless controller like the wiimote.
I am not so excited about this stick. I’am a HORI fan:pray:, since PS1 days. But man, I think they didn’t do anything with this stick to make it outstanding. For now, I’d rather go with a T5 wireless mod. Why didnt they just streamline the HRAP and make it better…
Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still order this, but not so excited about it.
Sorry you got me wrong, I’m very curious if it uses batteries (BOO) or rechargeable battery pack (YAY)…
Wow wireless stick eh?
I guess I better preorder that bad boy. I can’t wait to get my hands on the wireless stick and customize it since I don’t care a whole lot for the Tekken art on the stick. At 150 bucks I’ll have to find a good excuse about why I need it to present to my wife.

Now all I got to do is figure out what console I will get this for. I am leaning to PS3 seeing as how I don’t have a stick for it.
I dont know how much I trust a wireless Arcade stick. When playing a game as fast as Tekken I want my button inputs to be precise. If it runs on battery’s im not gonna bother with it, But if you can hook it up I might consider buying it.
i think pre-order both and i will decide which system later. i’m excited about this since i missed out on all the sf4 te craziness.
Any idea if the PS3 stick is going to be bluetooth, with a usb input(DS3)to charge it? Or is it going to be a stupid USB dongle like Guitar Hero? If it is bluetooth, bought. I can’t put money down without knowing what I’m getting. Hopefully, the 360 stick will let you use the charge and play kit. But, I doubt it. I don’t trust HORI. I see both sticks using a couple of AA batteries, lol.

it would be so awsome if the ps3 stick was bluetooth, then it could be used for ps2 games aswell, but then id have to switch my preorder
Eh, preorder on gamestop.com and you don’t get charged anything until it ships. If/when more info becomes available on the wireless stick I’ll cancel if it’s not what I’d expect… although I highly doubt bluetooth, rechargable battery and non-stock hori parts for such a good price.
If this stick is only for bundles it will move a LOT of units. I’m pretty sure Hori has been keeping an eye on the stick market after what happened with Street Fighter 4 and Madcatz sticks. I’m not even that into Tekken but I’d get it if the stick is decent (and compatible with PS2 games).
Could you like take a massive picture of all of them together?
can’t wait to see the review

Just throw them in a huge ass pile to add authencity :wgrin:
Even though i dont like this design from hori, i will still take this over the TE anyday.
I preordered 2 for the xbox 360, hope its good
Seeing as how bluetooth likes to disconnect from time to time I wouldn’t go with the PS3

So since it’s wireless does that mean you will need a dongle or something extra to use a 360 one on PC?
