I think there is more evidence. Those lawyers abandoned zim like buzzards leaving dead meat in the road when a car is coming. VERY uncharacteristic. Zim all of a sudden running? I’m thinking somebody found the smoking gun that will tip the scales. Either way, this has now become good enough for me to pull out the popcorn and watch it to the end.

I’m waiting for this to go to trial and see what happens. No one really knows what happened. All people know is someone way to young to die, got shot and killed. Based on that fact he should go to jail, but then again none of us really know. If he is found guilty, I hope he gets a maximum sentence. If he is found innocent, then I feel bad for the guy.

Kinda like Casey Anthony. She was found innocent. So as far as I know, she was. Same with OJ before he confessed to killing. He got off in our court system, so I had no choice but to assume he was innocent. I leave the judging to our court system, and our lord.

I agree with this…minus the OJ part (come on now, we all know he only got off because the tampering of evidence), and the Casey thing (the issues with that case is way too long to list right now).
I just keep thinking about the kidnapping warnings we had growing up. Fight or flight…

EDIT: says the minimum sentence is 25 years with this charge…the evidence must be a doozy. I wonder if there is video…

If there was solid evidence that Zimmerman used self defense, the Sanford Police should have presented it in the beginning to Martin’s family , the FEDS & the public.

Zimmerman wasn’t jailed a long time ago because the Sanford police dept is either incompetent or corrupt.

Uhmm haven’t you read the evidence so far? That’s pretty solid evidence that it was self defense…Martin family/their lawyer/Sharpton will not take that for an answer. Their Trayvon would never do anything like that, he’s not the type who confront people. He respects adults, etc…Im sure Treyvon is an angel to them but when he’s out on his own like most other kids, they aren’t exactly the same will behave kids…Parents are in denial obviously, i mean he’s been suspended 3 times, caught with burglary tools & stolen jewelry, drugs, has tattoos, refereeing fights w/ kids, i mean he isn’t your typical teenage kid…Not the worse kid but makes you think, he would be the type to actually confront someone stepping to him…

The case is going to go by who attack first…Unless there is a reliable eye witness or a video of this happening, i really cant see how this will be Murder2…If they do have evidence of this, then SPD will have some major explaining to do & also attorney Corey for waiting so long to charge…I mean if you have this incriminating evidence, you would book that individual right away…

It’s going to be hard to prove murder 2. I think the the prosecutor is pushing it. Considering the case is going to hinge on what Zimmerman has to say.
