In this case you ignore the part about TM RUNNING away from Zimmerman INITIALLY and making it sound as if the confrontation was Zimmerman asking him what are doing and then TM punches him

Every race has done fucked up shit in the past, and every race probably has certain individuals doing so now, following this path the are all complete and utter assholes by association with whatever race we are, so how about we only deal with our own grudges with individuals and not have mouldy ass chips on our shoulders against whole races with millions of people we’ve never even seen, let alone met inherited from our great great grandfathers or whatever.
Martin may not have been hit, but are we ruling out the possibility that he wasn’t pushed, shoved or brushed up against by Zimm? None of the eye witnesses saw the actual start of the physical confrontation either. Only that X was on top of Y, which doesn’t necessarily indicate who initiated the beating.
