All assignments was done via random number generator.
I did not have a clear list of who got who last year so sorry if I made any repeat match ups.
Everyone is with in the Continental United States and I went by a excel spread sheet to keep all assignments organized.
As of this point I will only do reassignments if there is a seriously major issue.
