[details=Spoiler]Dear Reiraku, my Tech Talk Secret Santa giftee,

Please forgive me. I wasn't able to buy you any nice things. Money was tight and I probably shouldn't have signed up for SS this year. Too late to back out I decided to rummage around my apartment for things to give you.
In the Fedex Office bag you will find two prints of the same artwork for a TE2. One is on plain stock paper while the other is on card stock. Both are useless. They were print to fit and thus too large to fit into a TE2. Please do as you wish with them. Frame them. Cut them up into those folding man ornaments. Hell, throw them into the fire pit and keep yourself warm for the winter...never mind, you live in Vegas.
As you continue to delve deeper into the package and open up the madcatz box you'll find some stuff wrapped in bubble-wrap. There is a Sriracha-to-go bottle which I had bought last year. I can't remember if I gave one to last years Secret Santa or not. If I didn't it is because it arrived too late. Either way, this one is yours now. Another item of interest is the 3d printed keychain. I apologize that the button included is a yellow Madcatz button. I don't normally keep stock of arcade parts. However I still have stuff from all those Brawl sticks. I did look out for you and bent the tabs on the microswitch for you. Otherwise they would poke you while in your pocket. You're welcome.
Now there are two other items in bubble-wrap that might confuse you. Like a four-port usb wall outlet and a small little tv. Well those are for the last item in the box. I printed out an instructions sheet for that big heavy item, that made shipping so expensive, and taped it inside the box's flap. Might as well read over that page after this to get more familiar with it.
I hope you enjoy these wonderful gifts and don't mind my resourcefulness. All these items were honestly just laying around my apartment. The only things I actually payed for was the artwork to be printed out which cost me $1.30. Luckily they reprinted the correct sized artwork for free.

Your Secret Santa,
	Bob the Builder.[/details]

Yes, I did wrap them myself  unfortunately, all of you images are broken for me.

Glad you enjoyed it all! I felt like the sea version of Dominion was fitting coming from a sailor

Are my pictures broken to everyone else?

Yup. I wanna see these goodies that you got.

Yes, I just see a bunch of letters and numbers. ;(
Your post still got Likes though.
Laugh.

@Gummo just apply some dremel tech :pensive: to those broken image links, that should fix’em!!!

Unbelievably dope.

They appear to be blocked.

I see them on my computer, but not my phone

oh my lord…

Received my pacakage. I will post pictures up tomorrow. My pacackage was ridiculous, I cannot thank my Santa enough

I edited the post with a link to the album. I’ll see if I can fix the images after I get home from NEC.

If the stars align, I’ll open my package on hangouts today. Not sure when just yet, but it will probably arrive between 3 and 6PM EST.

Twas the night before Christmas on the Team Tech Talk threads,
Not a Dremel was grinding (except maybe for d3v’s).
Armi had shut down his shop for the eve,
And Gummo had left all his wiring unsleeved.

When all of a sudden, there arose such a din,
As loud as FrankCastle, with his cabs all plugged in.
The noise was so loud that it screamed through the forums,
Til Moonchilde shown up and instilled some decorum.

“Fuck is this noise scrubs? You should all be in bed!”
“It’s Santa!” cried Vicko, “He’s here with his sled!”
They all peered out their windows, maintaining their cool,
Til they realized that Santa was in-fact Darksakul.

“What is this?” asked Jasen “”Who the hell made YOU Santa?”
“Mind your business, young padawan, I’ve presents from Sanwa.”
The modders went silent and started to shift,
All wishing for ball-tops and buttons and sticks.

“Something that lights up, made just for ShoeGazer,
and Nendo a board that’ll fix up your Razer,
for Undamned, a never-used CPS-2,
for all, I have something, quite special for you”

The gang took their presents and sat round a table,
with solder and switches and QDs and cable.
By the time that the smoke cleared and sticks were all made,
They’d built enough stuff to kick-start an arcade.

“I think we missed Christmas, but damn that was fun.”
Camacho smiled, giving his Hori a run.
As Darksakul’s sleigh took him off, out of sight,
He laughed, “Nothing says Christmas like silicon, right?”

Awesome… and you spelled my name right  Double Awesome.

Thank you so much, @hibachifinal

Wow. Godlike haul there. TTSS HibachiFinalForm!

Got my goodies last week. Didn’t have time to post, and I wanted to make sure my package got out first. Time to get the box cutter and see what we have:

Project mat to plan out the myriad of things I need to finish up

I may not be able to fit the t-shirt, but the headband works. Here’s me getting my Dragonfly Jones on:

Neutrick and 8 Hori Kuro buttons. At this point I may be able to finish one project simply from SS gifts. I have the case and stick already. So, if I don’t put get Brock PCB in the next 364 days, my SS knows what to get next year…

Building stuff. Pixel Ryu and a mini Gundam. Never put one of those together before, so that should be fun

I have never heard of a paper wallet before, so this was a surprise. Even after 20+ years, The Simpsons is still funny to me, so this rules

And the Rowlf challenge continues this year:

Muppet plushie froma happy meal we didn’t get in the states (at least I don’t remember seeing these, or I’d have one already)

To my TTSS, thank you!

Good luck with those pixel bricks. I had a penguin one before and the thing kept crumbling into pieces.

Haha yeeeeeeeeeah! Merry Xmas @spenzalii !
I’ve been bricking it after last year, as to whether it would get there on time

Hope you like it all! I’m sorry the Tee doesn’t fit :frowning: if it makes it up, that SFV headband was a location-test-only exclusive. Very rare and collectable.

The magnetic project mats are a godsend, great for knolling up your washers and screws and keeping them in one place if you’re as frantic as I am at the workbench.

The wallet is made from Tyvek, I’ve been using them for nearly 10 years now and I’m still on my 2nd one. Super tough, despite their appearance.

I wanted to get you something from my hometown, but since Newcastle is only really known for its beer, and I didn’t want another secret Santa to get confiscated in-transit, I went a county lower and sent you some Pontefract Cakes from Yorkshire. I’ve been told that they’re tough to find in the US and whenever I go over it’s typically those and PG Tips teabags that I’m asked to stash in my bag (and Cumberland sausages, but that’s a story for another day).

Like @Gummo said, the pixel bricks take some patience. A friend of mine got me into pixelbricks and nanoblocks a while back. They’re fiddly, but you can get a lot more detail than lego if you persevere…

Doesn’t look like he survived the trip, but there was a second rowlf in the package somewhere:

Anyway, so glad to see it all made it across the water. Greetings from England!

I received 1 package yesterday and recorded a video of me opening it as I do every year. From what I understand there’s another package coming soon so I’m waiting on that one before I edit the video and post it all up.
Can’t wait to show off the goods. Was an awesome package btw and I’m 99% sure I know who my secret santa was.
