However, Morrigan has a special command grab where she flies up into the air and slams an opponent. It does much more damage than a normal grab. Her command grab works on PTX. So yeah. If you try to play defensive against Morrigan, she can just get in close and use her command grab. PTX isn’t fast enough to jump out or hit her in time to get away from it. Saki and Alex also have similar moves.
Morrigan also gets free damage at the start of the match, because she walks much faster than PTX. She can walk up to him at the start of the match, buffer the input to her command grab just before the announcer says GO, and then throw him the moment either of them can move.
Yeah, not a command grab, it’s just his regular grab. Also, I believe you’re in the air recovery state where you can use specials. Wouldn’t help much for most characters, but it’s worth noting.
Well back on topic, I feel Doronjo/Batsu is a great team. They both compliment each other, and their assists go well hand in hand (Doronjo’s actually helps him combo into level 3 super, which is pretty good to me, and Doronjo is pretty safe behind Batsu out of her BnB to level 1 super).
Doronjo can actually BnB with Batsu’s assist, Level 1 super, and still catch them in midair for an aerial rave. And then the giant ball of crap comes down and you do anything from there. Maybe I’m a little late on this coupling, but it’s worth the double mention or so.
EDIT: Frustrated Squirrel, Daimao is the fat genie. (I think he’s hilarious. XD)
i like my saki/karas team. ones way in your face, the other stays away. plus karas’ blade super locks them down while saki loads that super shot and does the unblockable. thats always a plus.
