do you really need sentinel in your team? is he that broken? i’ve played the game for a bit, just to unlock the 4 characters, just want some input. are you not able to win a game if he’s not part of your team?
Too early to tell. It’s not so much you can’t win without sentinel, it’s just alot easier with it. If he touches you, it’s pretty much instant kill. He’s defensive and counter options are superior to most characters and he’s got excellent health. With that being said, i think it’s hard to open up the game with sentinel because he’s so easy to block. He’s not as quick in the air as he used to and alot of his pokes are really predictable.
90% of the time, I get hit by sentinel because it tried to attack him. So if you sit back and play lame keep away, most sentinels would be pretty annoyed.

For the past few days I?ve been working on the site and most of it is done. There are only a few minor tweaks here and there such as update info and phone numbers but everything is fully functional.
Among some of the functions, Location and Reservation are the most powerful and here?s why?
Location
Simply type your address at the location bar and it will instantly give you driving directions to TOSF:HQ

You can reserve a spot directly on the website and a key holder will get it on his email. Once he confirms your reservation, you are then good to go! **But use the old system for now and we will slowly transition into it. **
As you guys have suspected, I used a restaurant theme and modified it to fit with TOSF:HQ. And yes I do have to change some of the buttons. This is kind of my first project so I would like to hear feedbacks and what I can improve. Keep in mind that some tasks are out of my abilities or too costly of an investment. So be reasonable.
Lastly, if anyone have any news they would like to contribute. Just send it to us via the contact form or in the forums. You will be give full credit.
I look forward to improve the website and build a strong fighting game community with TOSF as well as our friends from Heroes World and everyone here.

The site should work fine. I limited the slot to 15 so if it exceeds that number than it will tell you we’re full. It’s best to contact a key holder and see if they can sneak a spot in for you. =)

Hey guys, it’s been awhile since i’ve been on SRK! Sorry for the lack of an updated first post.
As some of you may know, we have a much more spacious unit and can have much more people at HQ a time.
Special thanks to Davero, Kimbot, and JayWang for coming out during the cold to help make the move possible! On behalf of the community and HQ keyholders i’d just like to thank you guys.
Also, shoutouts to Tactix for always being a generous member of the community. Tactix brings chocolate and snacks for everyone, paid out of his own pocket for everyone to share at HQ. Thanks again dude.

DarkDragon and JS have posted their numbers on this thread (i currently don’t have it with me atm), but you can call them for any inquiries about HQ. If you’d like to drop by, come by! If you want a chance to meet some of the top Canadian players you’ve watched on YouTube, chances are they go to HQ. I’m sure all the players at HQ are willing to give you tips on improving and pointing out bad habits. There’s a tourny this Sunday, come out and practice before the big day!
