Please just copy and paste the list for the day, and simply add your name to the list. We cap off every single day at 10 people, so please sign up! I will post a weekly sign up sheet similar to this on the FIRST POST as well as posting it in this thread.

Also, when calling the HQ phone, please have some respect for the person answering the phone. I do not know who you are, so try not to answer the phone with an instant question. Please introduce yourself by your screen name as well as your real name so we know who we are talking to.

Also, effective today, anyone that passes the security protected gate at HQ without notifying one of the key holders will be BANNED. There is a reason for the password protected gate, and that’s to monitor who goes in and out of the place. Stepping pass those gates without the consent of one of the key holders is considered TRESPASSING. We are doing our best to please the management at this place as well. I haven’t had this problem except for a few people (who i will not name names), and i’m considering banning these people because of the trouble they caused by simply not following the rules.

I don’t want to exercise a ban on anyone, but if push comes to shove, i will have no problem asking you not to show up at HQ anymore.

Not sure if you guys already have this implemented or not, but a really good way to keep track of people and dates on a format that everyone can see for free is by using Google Calendar. You can have it so that only the TOSF admins have write access and everyone else has read-only, but then people can see the bookings and can request booking accordingly.

I think they got that down already. It would be nice though if you can find a public calendar or some kind of plugin you can insert into a site or a facebook fan page.
