@Onikagai plinking is when you hit another lower strength button right after the desired button. its like kara cancel timing, and it somehow gives you more frames to link with. That’s how I think of it.

Now this is a tale of low tier power that shows why underused characters like sakura can be so potent. I just played the second best ranked gouken in the world (on psn), 11700 ish bp 3600 pp and I’m like 3500 bp 1500 pp, and I somehow managed to beat him by exploiting what he didn’t know. Sakura FTW!
What are the requirements that you need in order to join Team Sakura? I noticed West Coast PSN needs more guys, and what do you know? I live in Vegas, I only have a PS3, and I main Sakura. I’d like to join if it’s possible. PSN: Phaded_Memory
