yeah im down, ive been trying to get good with gen so maybe ill try usin him.
damn i wish i was 21 so i could go to ground kontrol more often. but as far as MvC goes… from what ive seen/played im not really a fan, but maybe i can give it another chance.
Edit: this Championship mode patch needs to come out already then we can get a bunch of NW/OR players in 1 room even if its not exactly as good as HDR.
i was thinking about this and we do this by starting a party and just have some one that is setting up who plays with who since you can switch between in game and party chat. you just go back to the chat when you are ready for your next match. we could even run a tourney that way. I know it sucks but this way we get some different exp rather than me and someone else playing 50 rounds with people sending me invites while in game.
Parties are pretty easy to use. Heck… you don’t even have to switch between party and game chat if you want to keep the “room” feel of HDR. Just cuz you have a mic doesn’t mean you have to use it the whole time, so it wouldn’t necessarily get overly trafficked.
damn i forgot you said people play on Friday too, such procrastination… but so when are people getting on? 8ish? i was just playin for like 2 hours so ill check up to see whos online every hour or w/e
i see.
on another note, i am really starting to consider buying the SF4 Prima Strategy guide but i cannot make up my mind. theres not much point to get it for the combos (everything is already on here) or the tier list(seen it and it dosent sound accurate). im more interested what you cant already find on the internet like the pictures/poster(s?) inside, the character information before they explain all the moves, and i guess i wouldent mind having a frame data chart on hand(even though i could just print it, its kinda nice to have it in a book).
so has anyone around here bought or looked through the guide? could you tell me what you think of it and if its worth 20 bucks…
