I really need to look at Sakura match-up sometime, her pressure game is not something to ignore. Especially since she seems to be getting monster buffs in AE.
Yeah, the connection was … awkward. I tried to make the best out of it, and watch you other guys play. Its okay to have an international lobby sometimes, but I think next weekend I’ll try to make an EU lobby earlier. I had an OK connection to all the other Americans though.
My connection is finicky. It’s okay… But the slightest bit of disturbance causes lag.
There were so many issues in our matches. Kept missing anti airs and jumpins by. Hair. I’d go to block low and miss the window by a fraction. Easiest way for kail to get pissed is let him see a prime opening to have it slip Away from something like a miscue.
And can a brother get a fuzzy guard?!?! Training mode time.
Thanks for the kind words Kali and Mr. Flowers. I definitely enjoyed the matches it’s nice to play some Juri’s (and other characters) that play seriously and are good at it. Much better than most of the ranked people I play.

this seems cool. I need to learn some new stuff about juri so i can get even further in my next tournament.
I find there’s no real tricks rather when to use certain things. Like karakusa uses dive kick in footsies but Vic viper uses it as an anti-anti air.
I’ll try using my dive kicks a little better. Yesterday i was being a little unsafe with those.
Ill try to be around more often and play Juri more. Been busy with real life stuff lately, Gg’s to the 2 matches I played with Kail and Deice last week. Not to mention the set I had with kail a week or so ago.
I may not be around for this on this coming Sunday, I’ve got a gnarly SF induced headache. I take this game way too seriously most of the time.

ggs kail and karakusa, i still need to work on a bunch of stuff, but it was fun. i believe i was the only one to show up and play with these two yesterday.
Yeah man it was funny seeing how empty it was. Oh well.
Others showed up after. I just wasn’t up for playing mirrors anymore. I think I’m burnt out on juris jumping everywhere with pinwheels all over the screen. Etc etc.

You got to relax under pressure. I know it’s tough, but you should watch out for pressing buttons under pressure. Especially vs juri.
After a fuhajin store you should have spacing down to know what button to press afterwards. As karakusa was saying c mp does more damage than cmk but c mk has more distance. If you have meter you can fadc or focus attack lvl 2. Doing the focus attack will cost you some damage scaling I think.
Just some things to think about. You can always up your execution. Anyone on this damn site can. If you’re ever worried about what to work on you can always fall back on this. Intact. starts his training room up.. I got an idea I need to work out. Lol.
