yea it was fun. first time i ever seen so many juri’s in one area and thats my worse matchup.

IMO, I’m definitely no pro and I’m not very good with Juri on top, but I think it would benefit a lot of Juris in the chat to begin learning her links combos, like cr.lkx3>Pinwheel and cr.lk, st.lk, cr.mp>Pinwheel as well(1-framer.) The Juris I played were not finishing their links and relying on fireballs and cr.mk for combos.
I think the Juris I played and myself need to jump a lot less lol. Use more pokes and fireball more. And really, I know not everyone’s going to like this, but quit using LK Pinwheel for pressure. When players of other characters catch on and finally figure out all they have to do is block low to increase the disadvantage, it’s going to get ugly.
I also felt people needed to mix it up more when they have FSE activated. Most would do a chain, but don’t mix it up with overheads and lows. Finally, I noticed people were doing resets after j.mp, personally, I think it’s a waste unless FSE is activated because Juri hasn’t really got anything frightening after a reset normally. I’d rather do st.hp>Pinwheel for damage or sweep for the knockdown.

Yea Ryuga that was def me relying on cr.mk with fuhajins to chain. i really havent seen many other chains and for some reason and i never come here for advice but ima start trying those out so i cn show em on sunday
Ah, so this is what Jurisdiction was. I missed this thread completely since I only check subscribed threads regularly. Luckily I got invited anyway. I even tried one game but it was sooo laggy (like half a second of lag) with overseas connection I couldn’t play more.
Definitely add me to the list, deice (psn:deice-) from Finland, EU. Hope I can find other EU players to play (and get destroyed by) next time around.
I’m definitely guilty as charged from almost everything you listed. Jumping is also something I do too much, and should definitely rely less on. But lately I’ve been thinking:
Juri seems almost as if she’s designed to jump more than others. She has very good tools to make it hard for the opponent to anti-air her. dive kick breaks focus and messes with normal anti-airs. j.mp gives big payoff in air-to-air situations. j.faps stuffs a lot of stuff also. Obviously, you have to be careful and throw out a lot of feints. But I think the air game is an area worth training in. It shouldn’t be all your game. But it is useful. 
What do others think, am I just hallucinating? 
It’s true, jumping with Juri is more acceptable, since her air normals are very good. But also, her AA normals are good so in mirrors, jumping isn’t too hot lol. But yes, you’re correct.
@KaizerRose: Hi there, nice to see you around these parts! There’s a combo thread where you can find all of Juri’s combos and FSE chains.
In mirrors, Juri’s j.fp tells like all AA normals to shut up, it’s quite good.

Well some of us; namely me, were not even able to do anything at all thanks to your insane pressure. There is a difference between learning/knowing something and having the ability to find a time to pull it off in a match against certain types of players i.e. those that crush me.
As for the lk pinwheel thing I didn’t even know about that being bad but since I saw so many high ranking Jurors doing it I’ve started using lk wheel for pressure too!
I’ve cut down on my jumping only to get jumped on more than before. Sigh.

It’s ok if other try to jump on you, as Juri has a bunch of AA options for various ranges.
