for whatever it’s worth, this is just the 360 gamefaqs SF IV board, not the PS3 board. There are some great players, at least by online standards, and a couple of tournament standard players on the PS3 board who obviously weren’t considered in this.
Personally I think this is b/s, SRK is a much larger, older and more hardcore community, so gamesfaqs 360 SF IV board doesn’t stand a chance.
btw on the PS3 board we have chatrooms organised for players to meet up, it’s not strictly for gamefaqs, it’s more for matchmaking purposes within different regions/timezones. It would be great if any european players could contact me, it’d be good to have a wider pool of opponents with 3-4 bar connections.

Hey what everyone long time huh?..Not to sound like a jack ass but 360 does have the best because xbox had online fighting more than ps and all others and made people get 360 or just live to play…Ps3 does have online now but 360 been had it and since its BEEN then top players and just players in general got live so there for it has the better comp…
My question is why do people think PS3 or even just ps2 is better then xbox??? PS2 vs XBOX xbox was way more powerful as far as ram and all that stuff goes…Me myself I am a huge PS fan I like it more then xbox-BUT with live xbox is just on top. PS players diss all systems because they never felt the power of live LOL and or the people behind live that own at most of the games out there.
We didn’t start the PS3 V 360 debate, we just came to let you guys know that PS3 players weren’t considered for this tournament. Others have said that it’s because players from the PS3 board suck, which is ridiculous, the games been out just as long on both formats.
Just be aware that you’re not fighting all the best players on gamefaqs, and that there are some great players from the PS3 board who weren’t considered for this tournament, so that when you beat the 360 gamefaqs team, you still might not necessarily have beaten gamefaqs best SF IV players. i wouldn’t dream of thinking that PS3 sf iv board best is better than SRK’s best, but I doubt SRK’s best would even bother with this tournament and i’m certain that we have quite a few players as good, if not better than the players on the 360 team.
i would like to take on a few european SRK members though, see what the standard is really like here.
I can’t wait for this to be done. All of the rats will go away and we’ll be back to having a bunch of people just stalk these boards instead of posting on them.
