Would it be possible to lower the respawn times? The game can be more challenging (depending on the map) when you have a lower amount of people and you don’t have to wait 20-25 seconds after you die. Plus, people get to play more. If the majority prefer to play with the vanilla respawn times then disregard my request. I just don’t like waiting so long between deaths.

The server started to lag hardcore when there was about eight people on it. It was too difficult to play.
Yeah I noticed that. I couldnt follow whoever around when I was a medic. slide show style.

edit - how much does it cost to set up a public server? Im not sure how all that shit works. I mean, how were we playing tonight? What kinda server was that?
It was a local server that ran off of my computer. Shortly after I closed the server, my computer blue screened because it ran out of memory. I can offset the problem by running the server on a separate machine, but it’s probably not a good idea to rely on that. We should be looking to get a public server.

Wow, I didnt realize that shit was so expensive. I thought it would be like…cheap. For a 32 player public server without chat its like 400 bucks for a year. Thats crazy. Maybe I wont set it up. I was all for paying 50 bucks or something but 400 isnt going to happen.
