Finally got a dreamcast! Now I can actually practice 3s at home. I’m having trouble with the dc pads but oh well.
Anyone have any tips for Hugo? Combos, anti-air, general stuff? I’m not trying to learn Hugo but my cousin is. I think my Elena and Remy (links, supers, and buffering, oh my!) are progressing. Now for tournies at Family Fun, since I won’t be in the vine.

Bear in mind his crouching mk (the sweep) also seems to have a lot more priority and recovery than other character’s sweeps. Or maybe it’s just that he has such range that you can’t punish him with the same stuff that you can punish other sweeps with. Remember that the jab 360 deals less damage, but has a much greater range than the more powerful versions. That elbow overhead of his is really good. It has deceptive range and comes out very fast.
yeah, crouching mk is a pretty good attack move when the opponent is on the ground. mix it up with standing mp and overheads to avoid abusing it.

I’m moving the tournament up a half an hour. It seems like alot of classes on fridays get out at 12:50 so signups @ 12:30, tournament starts 1:00. I’d start it later but ZZ closes early during the summer and I want to make sure we have enough time.
So, for people that do have classes that end at 12:50 and want to enter, PM or AIM me (MutantXP, MutantHP, MutantAEC) with your name and SRK handle (if you have one) and I’ll see to it that you’re signed up.
