By the way, the game is called final fantasy: tactics, FOOL. The only good final fantasy game, in my opinion. Or, at least, the only one that isn’t redundant.

Actually there is another strategy RPG called Tactics Ogre

I thought tactics ogre was a shortened version only available for gameboy or something.

I was just wondering: to dash charge buffer into a Rising Rage Flash, can you charge down-back, throw a light of virtue, dash by tapping forward, down-forward (so you get the down charge right there) and then when you end the dash tap up and kick? Or, if you can’t dash that way, instead of dashing then immediately holding down-back to charge can you tap forward then forward again and sort of roll the stick to down-forward then when the dash ends hit up and kick?
It’s much simpler.
You just charge for a bit before you dash (throwing an lov, for example, like you said), so charge when he starts the animation for the lov. When he stops, just do the dash, charge down while he’s dashing (you won’t be able to charge much since the dash is quick), and when he stops dashing and you see remy duck, you can do the rage flash. All the things you need to do, like dashing at the end of an animation and kicking after the dash, all have some leeway on the timing.
the timing is quite precise. if done correctly you can bust the flash kick without having the crouching animation during the second charging crouch.

After doing a little bit of searching (I recognized the Nas/Puff Daddy sample and investigated from there) I believe the song is O Fortuna (Carmina Burana) by Karl Orff or at least an excerpt from the end of it. There might be a more “rock-sounding” version of it (like in the video) out there but I don’t know who it’s by.

Okay, it looks like I can’t be going. We’re gonna spend all goddamned day tomorrow packing and moving. What a chore.
However, since I have only one class over the summer, we can include me in tournaments and gettogethers a-plenty as soon as I move.
