Thinking about dropping Tekken since literally no one besides Pete is interested. Speak now or forever hold your peace kids. If it is, I will replace it with some random game. Puzzle Fighter HDR anyone?

Yea I’d say drop T6 at these bi-weeklies for now, until there’s a decent-sized Philly Tekken scene again. If/when that happens, we can start posting the tourney info on TekkenZaibatsu (since that’s where Tekken players usually go instead of SRK). HDR would be good, I don’t play it personally but I think it goes well with SF4. Actually, for a secondary tournament my vote goes to Roseball.
Also, right now there’s a good chance I’ll be gone snowboarding during the tournament, in which case I won’t be able to make it (or bring my setup)…
I’m down for both Tekken 6 and Street Fighter IV. If I am allowed to, I’m going to try to get 3 more people to come with me who are interested in both games. If T6 is dropped, can it be replaced by MVC2? And do I need to bring my Xbox just in case?

I like the idea of taping good MM’s, that would be mad fun for everyone. Even 5 bux totally changes the attitudes of the competitors. But the tourney kinda takes a while with the great turnout that keeps happening at the sweet new venue (Kattermari ftw!) So my vote is for the 3rd setup to be SF4 to wrap up the tourney a little more quickly. Then casuals/MM can be in the two setups in the tower, while a second tourney of a different game can occur in the kitchen. This will greatly increase the time for MM in SF4, which will be taped as well as the tourney and increase Philly’s rep. No disrespect to those who wanna play other games, but the majority who come seem to only be interested in SF4. I’m chill with whatever happens in the end. Thx for reading, this noob has spoken.
